Students in grades 6-12 are all invited!!

What: Friday evening we will do games and then a service project on Saturday morning

When: 7pm Friday July 16th evening to Saturday July 17th (time TBD)

Where: We will be meeting at the church and will stay there Friday evening and then we have a couple of service projects on Saturday morning. The service projects will be at the church and the Mabopane foundation (this is a mission partner of the church that is about 10 mins away). We will split into groups to complete the service projects and then return to the church for pickup.

RSVP: We need to know by July 11th whether or not your student is coming so we can coordinate food and other logistics. Please email Sarah Hall at SarahHalleng@gmail.com

Other details:

• Food - We will provide snack foods on Friday evening (not dinner) as well as breakfast and lunch on Saturday. Please let me know if your student has any allergies/intolerances so that we can accommodate that when we select food.

• Messy Clothes - At least one of the service projects will require getting dirty, so please make sure your students bring clothes that can get dirty and you may want to bring a towel or something for them to sit on for the car ride home.

• Sleeping Arrangements - We will be sleeping over at the church with the students so please have them bring a sleeping bag and pillow and anything else they need for overnight (toothbrush and toothpaste, clothes to sleep in, etc.). We will have the guys and girls sleeping in separate rooms and will have at least two leaders in each room with the students.
