Green Level News - July 7, 2019
MID-YEAR GIVING STATEMENTS
Mid-year giving statements will be e-mailed this summer to expedite delivery and save on postage. It is extremely important that we have your correct email and contact information in Breeze - our online church management system. Check and update any information in Breeze by July 15th to ensure correct delivery of your financial statement. If you do not have a Breeze account, email Angela to get set up. If you would prefer a hard copy statement, contact Trudi, our church treasurer.

GREEN LEVEL HIGH SCHOOL - COMING SOON!
Green Level High School is set to open this fall welcoming freshmen and sophomores to their campus in August. We are excited to welcome them and hope to be good neighbors to the teachers, faculty, staff, students and their families, just as we have for Apex High School for the past two years. The first opportunity we have to show our support and care for the school is by providing meals and a devotional time for the Junior Varsity football team prior to their games on Thursday afternoons. See the calendar above. If you are interested in helping support the coaches and team in any way, please click HERE to sign up. More details to come as we get closer to football season.
KIDS MINISTRY SUMMER EVENTS
Pastor Marshall has planned events throughout the summer for our Kids Ministry. Check out the calendar HERE.
KIDS' MINISTRY MOVIE DAY
The Kid's Ministry will enjoy a day at the movies on Tuesday, July 16 at 9:30am at Beaver Creek Cinema. For more details, contact Pastor Marshall.
Each week our church volunteers lead a worship service at Spring Arbor of Apex, an assisted living center, at 2:00pm on Sunday afternoon. Our volunteers and staff serve on a rotating basis. Musicians are needed to help lead the worship through song. If you can play the piano or other instrument and are willing to help minister to the residents through music once a month or once every other month, contact Gloria Braswell or the church office.
OPERATION CHRISTMAS CHILD COLLECTION BEGINS
Each month from March through November, we begin collecting items to pack in shoeboxes for Operation Christmas Child to be mailed during the Christmas holidays. Shoeboxes are sent all over the globe as a way to share the gospel with children and their families. Collection bins are located in the back of the sanctuary. There are also jars available for you to take home to collect spare change to offset the $7 shipping costs of each box. July collection items are flip flops, socks, underwear, tshirts, sunglasses (for all ages boys and girls).
