Awana Returns!

Starting tonight, April 15, our Awana Groups will return...virtually.

According to our Awana Handbook, our groups follow the WCPSS Calendar. Thus, if WCPSS is closed on a Wednesday, our groups do not meet that week. So, with the present regulations and recommendations surrounding COVID-19, we prayed and talked about how to keep Awana going in some way.

Earlier this week, Amy Ferrell, our Awana Leader, sent out an email to parents letting them know we are going to try to continue Awana, although virtually. We are sad to have to continue in this way and regret there is no way to replicate every awesome aspect of Awana. We do, however, hope that this is a blessing to each child and family we are priviledged to serve in Awana.
