We will hold a special conference called by the chairman of the deacons to take up the nominating committee’s proposed committee assignments for 2019-2020, to present the slate of eligible deacon candidates for the upcoming term and to vote on a building usage agreement. All of the relevant documents are available on the Member Resources section of the website. A quorum of church members is required to do church business. Please make plans to stay after service that Sunday.
