BBQ Wrap Up2BBQ Wrap Up Meeting

The BBQ Team wrap up meeting is Monday, April 30, at 7:00pm in the Fellowship Hall. Anyone who wants to have input about the distribution of the profits from the BBQ is invited to come. Please contact Jean Beavers, if you have any question.

Kids ChoirKids Choir Performance

Next Sunday, May 6, the Green Level Kids Choir will perform at the beginning of the worship service. The children and their families will enjoy a lunch immediately following the service in the Fellowship Hall. At 2:00pm the choir will attend our Spring Arbor service and perform for the residents there. For more information, contact Amy Ferrell.

Scholarship DueGreen Level Scholarship

Applications for the Green Level Scholarship are now being accepted. Copies are available on the Information Table or from the church office. All completed applications are due to the church office by next Sunday, May 6.

Awana food bankAwana Service Project -  Food Bank of North Carolina

On Saturday, May 19, Awana children and their families will serve at the Food Bank of NC from 9am– noon as part of Awana missions. Space is limited. Please RSVP to Amy Ferrell by Sunday, May 12.

NC Baptist Children Round UpBaptist Children’s Home Food/Supply Round Up

This Sunday is the last day to donate food and supplies for the Baptist Children’s Home of NC. The BCH’s goal is to collect $400,000 in non-perishable food, supplies and gift cards equaling approximately 700,000 meals—enough to feed the children in their care for a year! Pick up a full list of needed items on the Info Table. Place donations behind the sanctuary in the welcome area. For a list of needed items and information about the program, click here


Vacation Bible School is scheduled for August 6-10. We are already looking for volunteers with preparation and set up. Registration for kids is open as well. For more information, registration and to sign up to help click here

OCC DonationOperation Christmas Child Collection

Each month, from March until October, we collect items to pack into shoeboxes in November for Operation Christmas Child. Shoeboxes are sent all over the world sharing the gospel with children and their families. April Collection Items: Small stuffed animals

Women on Mission has partnered with Apex United Methodist Church to collect non-perishable food items for the Apex High School food pantry. Place donations in the crates in the breezeway.

Next LevelNext Level Coffee

To learn more about our church or becoming a member, we invite you to attend Next Level, a 2-week class where you can meet our pastors and staff, get information about what we believe and what we do, and ask questions. Next Level classes meet quarterly on the 3rd and 4th Sundays of the month at 9:30am. Childcare is provided. The next session will be in July. Contact Angela Tilly for more information.
