Warnth for Wake

Warmth for Wake is a seasonal energy assistance outreach program that is sponsored by Wake County Human Services. The goal of the program is to provide fuel to low-income residents of Wake County during the coldest winter months. Groups from Green Level will spend time chopping and loading firewood to be distributed throughout the winter months on December 12, January 9 & 23, February 6 and March 6. Organizers need to be notified two weeks in advance for group participation. Please sign up with Matthew Lambert two-weeks prior to the date you would like to attend. You can attend multiple weeks. Volunteers need to 15+ years of age. All volunteers must sign a waiver prior to participation. If you have any questions or need to arrange transportation, reach out to Matthew.
